Time to clean house.

Have you ever had one of those bosses that is a complete idiot. Oh wait, I guess you all have. I mean it would not have been so bad if he was not so brash or if he would lose the "God Complex". Even the owner of the company I work for is trying to figure out what to do with him. He is now costing the company more money that he was worth. This is frustrating!

So, it comes to this. I called for a meeting with the owner, informed him of what has happened this time and said. "You need to make a decision.... It is either him or me." He said well if that is your answer I will have to let him go.

Total elation. To bad I had to do something I find morally reprehensable. I had to go behind this bastards back and point out his short comings. I can't blame myself. We just got word that the company is now being sued by a former employee that left after he accused her of using drugs.

There was nothing to found his accusations on. He just wanted to get her out of the way because she was challenging him in his head. (Yes he really is crazy, him mom tried to axe him at age 9)

Apparently he tried to fire me as well but the owner to him to stop that there was no basis for getting rid of me. The more I find out the more I want to push his 390lb ass over the ballcony. I am not a violent person but some people just want to make you crazy like them.

Usually, I am a much more responsible person with less hate in his life than this. Yes a silver linning finder type person. However, lately (since I took this job) I have not been able to see past the grey matter of the cloud I call work. Amazingly with less than a day out of the way now, (his departure) I am breathing easily along with my office staff.

God forbid I should be happy LOL.
